It is one of the highest premium coffees in the world and it is grown and cultivated in Eastern highlands of Ethiopia. The beans are medium in size, with greenish and yellowish color. It have medium acidity and full body and a distinctive mocha flavor and winey after taste.
Yirgacheffee is harvested from 2000m altitude highland valley. It has an intense flavor known as flora and the washed Yirgachefee coffee is the best highland grown coffee which is the best quality of Arabica coffee grown. And it is a coffee that many roaster in the world are attracted to its dedicate fine flavor and willing to pay a premium for it.
Sidamo coffee comes from the southern region of Ethiopia. It has a medium sized bean, greenish and grayish in color and it is known for its balanced taste good flavor and they call it sweet coffee it also have fine acidity .
Jimma coffee is the oldest type of coffee in the world. It is the type of coffee that most people in Ethiopia regularly drink. it has a tart flavor with a hint of spice and it is the true Arabica coffee.
Lemu coffee is grown between 1500-1900m and it has medium size and round shape bean, and it is bluish and greenish colored beans. It has an intense sweet taste with low citric acidity. Many roasters in the Europe and USA attracted by its spicy and wine flavor taste.
